    Women's Fall Breakfast, Saturday, 10/27, 9:00—11:00 am

LADIES (age 13+) – We’d love to have you join us for a very special morning! We’ll begin at 9:00 with a fall-themed catered breakfast, followed by a message by our special guest, our own Dacia Ball.

Dacia has been attending WEFC for the past ten years, volunteering in the Music Ministry, and finding nourishment in Women’s Ministry events. She resides in Vernon, CT with her husband and two boys, works as a high school Library Assistant, and enjoys writing creative non-fiction poetry and short stories. Dacia has given talks at various women’s events in the past, and finds the most satisfying part of this experience to be connecting with others and encouraging them through shared experience and the gift of vulnerability.

She says, “I am not the voice of one crying in the wilderness or preaching in the temple, but one living in the everyday mess of life that is Nazareth.” Dacia is looking forward to sharing with her fellow sisters at WEFC about how we can ditch the list and rest in the presence of God. Invite a friend to join you!

Please note that because space is limited, tickets will be issued for this event. Donation: $5. Payment confirms your reservation. RSVP at the Women’s Ministry table in the lower hallway after the first and second services and before the third service beginning Sunday, 9/30, or via the church office during the week. Office hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. In order to coordinate with our caterer, RSVPs must be received no later than Monday, 10/15. Questions can be directed to or in the office.
